Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in new, resellable condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
